Work Description - Refer To Boq

The Public Works Department (PWD) of Jammu and Kashmir is inviting bids for the construction of a new degree college building in Sidhra. The project has an estimated cost of ₹12,76,32,000 and is expected to be completed within 730 days. The tender is open to all eligible contractors and will be awarded on a percentage basis. Interested bidders must submit two covers – one containing technical documents and another containing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) – by October 7, 2024, at 4:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 27, 2024, at 12:00 PM at the Office of the Chief Engineer PWD R and B Jammu Zone in Jammu. The tender documents are available for download from August 17, 2024, and a non-refundable fee of ₹6,000 is required to participate in the tender process. The successful bidder will be required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2% of the tender value, amounting to ₹25,52,640. This must be deposited in the form of a bank guarantee or security deposit at the Office of the Chief Engineer PWD R and B Jammu zone in Jammu.
