The Public Works Department, a State Government and UT organisation, invites open tenders for the "Construction of Community Gathering Centre at Sogra Tia. Under Distt. Plan" in Khaltsi, Ladakh. The project, identified by Tender Reference Number 04 of R and B Khaltsi of 2025-26 and Tender ID 2025_PWD_15910_3, is valued at ₹2,69,76,000 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,39,520, representing 2.0% of the tender value. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹3,000 is required. The period of work is 360 days, and the bid validity is 120 days.
