The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department, under the Jammu and Kashmir State Government, invites open tenders (e-NIT No. 158/REW/K of 2024-25) for the construction of three culverts: one near SC Mohalla Pawan Kumar (Ward 3), another over Nallah Kalad (Ward 5), and a third with a protection wall (Ward 6), Nagrota Gujroo. The total tender value is ₹8,03,000, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹16,060 (2% of the tender value). Bids must be submitted by 24th January 2025, 4:00 PM, and will be opened on 25th January 2025, at 12:00 PM at xenrew. A tender fee of ₹500 is payable to the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj. The work is expected to be completed within 30 days. EMD exemption and tender fee exemption are allowed. Interested bidders must submit two covers; one containing the fee/prequalification/technical documents, and the second containing the Bill of Quantity.
