The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the redevelopment, modification, and beautification of the entry area of the Main gate of IIT(ISM), Dhanbad, Jharkhand. This project, with NIT/RFP NO 04/NIT/EE&SM(C)-II/IIT(ISM)/CPWD/2024-25/AE-I, encompasses structural data input, structural analysis and design, and preparation of structural drawings for the entry and gate with an annexed G+1 building, parking lot, and a ground-floor changing room. The estimated cost of the work is ₹1,75,217. A percentage bid type is sought. Interested NON-CPWD CONTRACTORS must submit a bid security (EMD) of ₹3,504, payable in favour of Executive Engineer, ISMU Project Division, CPWD, Dhanbad, via DD, FDR, BC, or BG.
