Work Description - Renovation Of Toilet No-03 Of S.s Raju Ward For The Campus Of Cip, Kanke Ranchi Jharkhand

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the renovation of toilet No-03 of S.S Raju ward for the campus of CIP, Kanke Ranchi Jharkhand, as detailed in NIT/RFP NO 03/AE-III/CPWD/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 5,69,458 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 11,389, payable via DD or FDR in favor of the Executive Engineer, Ranchi Central Division, Central Public Works Department, Ranchi. The work is to be completed within a timeframe of 2 months, and the bid validity period is 30 days.
