The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its EESM(C)-1 office in ISMU Project Division-I, Saraidhela, invites tenders for a significant civil works project at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. This open tender (NIT No. 02/NIT/CE&ED/IIT(ISM)/CPWD/2024-25, 2nd call), with an estimated cost of ₹55,12,13,307 (Fifty-Five Crore Twelve Lakh Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred and Seven Rupees), involves the upgradation and modification of existing sports facilities and the construction of a new Indoor Multipurpose Building. The work includes the construction of a new Student Activity Centre, refurbishment of existing courts, and extensive infrastructure development (water supply, drainage, electrical works, landscaping, etc.).
