The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of the IIIT campus at Sanga Village, Kanke, Ranchi, Phase I. The scope also includes the provision of internal E.I., fans, overhead tank, sewage treatment plant (STP), underground tank, water treatment plant, retaining walls, storm water drains, roads, paths, VRV/VRF air conditioning systems, CCTV, networking, DG sets, fire fighting and alarm systems, street lighting, lifts, and other development works and bulk services. A critical sub-work/package involves providing day-to-day operation for computing services, dispatcher, file handler, etc. in the office of the EE, SM(C)-I, and AEs office, SIMBO, CPWD, Airport Road, Hinoo, Ranchi. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 4,80,360 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 9,607 payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Ranchi Central Division, Ranchi. The time allowed for completion is 5 months.
