The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of residential units and associated infrastructure at the Main Campus of IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. This composite EPC Percentage bid, bearing NIT/RFP NO 01/NIT/CE&ED-IIT(ISM)/CPWD/2025-26, encompasses the construction of 144 Type-II units and 96 Type-III units, complete with internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, sewerage, a 250 KLD STP, external water supply, a 550000-liter U.G. tank, storm water drains, roads, paths, internal electrical installations and fans, wet riser system, fire alarm system, UPS system, CCTV system, hydro pneumatic water supply system, substation equipment, DG set, illuminated signages, street lighting, lifts, horticulture and landscaping, transplantation of trees and other development work, covering both civil and electrical aspects. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,39,19,18,272 with a required EMD of ₹ 1,49,19,183 payable via DD, FDR, BC or BG in favor of EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, ISMU PROJECT DIVISION-I, CPWD, DHANBAD. Key dates include a document download and bid submission deadline of April 25th, 2025 at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for April 25th, 2025 at 03:30 PM.
