The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), EESM(C)-1, ISMU Project Division-I, Saraidhela, invites tenders for the upgradation and modification of existing sports facilities and construction of an indoor multipurpose building at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad (Tender ID: 99045; NIT/RFP NO: 03/NIT/CE&ED-IIT(ISM)/CPWD/2024-25). This EPC percentage-based, open tender (estimated cost: ₹12,35,43,669) involves constructing/extending an Olympic swimming pool, a viewer's gallery, internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, sewerage, electrical work, storm water drains, roads, paths, fire safety systems, and lighting. It also includes the supply, installation, and testing (SITC) of an AV system in two auditoriums.
