The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Bengaluru, invites tenders for the construction of buildings under Phase 4 at the National Institute of Unani Medicine (NIUM) campus, Bengaluru (Tender ID: 102279, NIT/RFP NO: 62/2024-25/CE/EE-II/Bengaluru). This ₹79,49,26,060 (Seventy Nine Crore Forty Nine Lakh Twenty Six Thousand and Sixty Rupees) project encompasses the construction of an UG/PG academic block with library, bedded hostel, administrative building, guest house, and examination hall, including comprehensive internal infrastructure (water supply, sanitation, electrical installations, fire safety systems, CCTV, HVAC, UPS, LAN, and lifts). The work requires submission of mandatory documents including EMD (₹89,49,261, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, BCD II, CPWD, Bangalore), CPWD enlistment order, GST registration (or undertaking), financial turnover certificates, work experience details, and various affidavits and undertakings (detailed list available in the bid document).
