Tender Description

Work Description - Running And Maintenance Of 1 No. 250 Kva Dg Set And 2 Nos. Passenger Lift At Dri, Hbr Layout, Bangalore For The Year 2024-25. Sh: Operation And General Upkeep Of Electrical And Mechanical Services, Operation Of Lifts Amc & B Check Of Dg Set Amc Of Lifts Etc.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Running and maintenance of 1 No. 250 KVA DG and 2 Nos. Passenger lift at DRI, HBR Layout, Bangalore for the year 2024-25. SH: Operation and General upkeep of electrical and mechanical services, Operation of lifts AMC & B check of DG AMC of lifts etc." NIT/RFP NO 144/EE(E)/Bangalore/2024-25. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 16,60,370 with a time allowance of 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 33,207 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer (E), BCED-II, CPWD, Bangalore. Mandatory documents include the EMD instrument and receipt, Enlistment order of the Contractor of CPWD in appropriate category ,GST registration certificate or undertaking, ERP training certificate, and a valid labor license suitable for executing the works in the state of Karnataka..
