The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer (E)-Cochin office, invites tenders for the execution of balance works at the MSME New Technology Centre campus in Angamali, Kochi, Kerala (Tender ID: 95033, NIT/RFP NO: 36/SE/EE(E)/KOCHI/2024-25). This ₹40,33,59,672 (Forty Crore Thirty Three Lakh Fifty Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy Two Rupees) project encompasses extensive finishing works (internal partitions, false ceilings, windows, flooring, painting), external development (roads, paver blocks, drainage), and comprehensive MEP works (including RMU, HT panels, transformers, DG set, lighting, LAN, CCTV, access control, EPABX, fire safety, HVAC, IBMS, solar water heating, compressed air, lifts, UPS, STP commissioning) across various buildings (training block, production block, hostels, dining hall, utility building, guard room). Landscaping and horticulture works with a one-year maintenance period are also included. The bid submission deadline is 11 December 2024, 3:00 PM. Mandatory documents include insurance surety bonds/DD/FDR/bank guarantee for EMD (₹50,33,597 payable to Executive Engineer, Cochin Central Division, CPWD), enlistment order, GST registration certificate (or undertaking), EMD receipt (Form C), site inspection declaration (Form K), and an undertaking on structural stability (Form F).
