The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the establishment of a Referral Analytical and Diagnostic Laboratory to support livestock farming and diagnose Zoonotic diseases at COVAS, Mannuthy, Trichur, for the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Science University (KVASU), Kerala. This project encompasses the construction of an electrical substation building along with internal electrical installations, and includes engaging technical cum computer operators and personnel for diary, dispatch and peon cum sweeper duties for the Office of the Executive Engineer-Trichur, CPWD, Trichur. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 5,02,506 and requires completion within 6 months.
