The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "MOEI AND FANS I/C RMO OF WATER SUPPLY PUMP SET, DG SET, SUB STATION, LIFT, FIRE FIGHTING AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, AC UNITS ETC AT DWR RAMESHWARAM AND STAFF QUARTERS, PALLURUTHY, KOCHI DURING 2025-26," as well as the maintenance of IEI and fans, wet riser system, fire alarm system, and fire detector, including the operation of water supply pump sets and DG sets. This composite work of electrical and maintenance is estimated at ₹17,88,355 with a time allowed of 12 months for completion. Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹35,767 payable to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, COCHIN CENTRAL DIVISION, CPWD, COCHIN via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG.
