Work Description - Providing Security Services To Kendriya Bhavan (gpoa) And Campus, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer-Cochin office in Kakkanad, invites tenders (NIT/RFP NO: 39/2024-25/CHCD/COCHIN/I/RECALL) for providing security services to Kendriya Bhavan (GPOA) and Campus, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala. The estimated cost is ₹15,90,336, with a 12-month contract period. Interested bidders must have at least five years' experience providing security services to government or public sector undertakings within the last seven years, demonstrable through attested documentation. Successful completion of similar works within the same timeframe is also mandatory, as detailed in Page No. 6 of the tender Notice of Invitation (NIT). Bidders must submit a notarized affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or suspended by any CPWD/State/Central department/PSU/Autonomous body. The earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹31,807 must be submitted via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Cochin Central Division, CPWD, Kochi. All mandatory documents, including the EMD receipt, an undertaking for site inspection, and GST registration certificate (if applicable) are to be submitted by 3:00 PM on October 21st, 2024.
