The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Comprehensive Maintenance of civil works relating to day to day maintenance i/c A/R M/O works, special repair works of AG colony, Income tax colony, Narcotics colony and IMD colony at Gwalior(MP) During 2025-26 2026-27) (SH:-1) A/R M/O work of AG colony, Income tax colony, Narcotics colony, and IMD colony at Gwalior. Dr-2025-26 2026-27) (SH:-2) Special repair works of AG colony, Income tax colony, Narcotics colony and IMD colony at Gwalior. Dr.-2025-26 and 2026-27)". This comprehensive maintenance project, NIT/RFP NO "02/SE/EE/GCD(GWALIOR)/2025-26", estimated at ₹ 2,69,21,291, encompasses both routine and special repair works across multiple colonies within Gwalior, MP. The duration for the completion of work is 24 months. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically through the designated portal. A mandatory EMD of ₹ 5,38,426, payable in favor of EE-GCD-CPWD-Gwalior via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or TC, is required. Key dates to note include the document download end date and bid submission deadline of April 30, 2025, at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for April 30, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Bidders are required to provide Enlistment Order of the Contractor, GST Registration Certificate, Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD, Insurance Surety Bond Account Payee Demand Draft Bankers ChequeFDR Bank Guarantee of any Commercial Bank against EMD, Undertaking for site inspection, Undertaking on structural stability and soundness, and Uploading of compulsory ERP Training certificate as per DG OM no.DGEnlist-2023 10 dt.22.4.24, as mandatory documents.
