The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking (BEST), a State Govt. and UT organization, invites bids for a 12-year contract (Tender Reference Number: DMM(T-II)/08/78103/A) to operate 10 open-deck electric buses with AC lower decks in Mumbai and its suburbs.
