The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the annual comprehensive maintenance of 02 Nos. 13 passenger capacity Johnson Make lifts at the Office Building of Ayakar Bhawan, Panvel, Dist Raigad. This tender, reference number 22/AE(E)-III/EE(E)/Mumbai-III/2024-25, also encompasses the MOEI of fans, compound lighting, operation and maintenance of substation equipment, D.G. Set, W/S pump sets, wet riser, automatic fire alarm system, operation of lifts, Central AC plant, CCTV system, BMS, UPS, and Solar system at the Income Tax Office Building and Quarters. The estimated cost of the work is ₹1,70,982 and requires a refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,420 payable via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Project Region Mumbai - CE - MUMBAI - II - EE(E)Mumbai-III - AE-E-3. Bidding is open to NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR with a time allowance of 6 months to complete work from when work begins.
