The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer, Mumbai-IV, invites tenders (Tender ID: 101143, NIT/RFP NO: 178/EE/Mumbai-IV/2024-25) for the Retrofitting, Aesthetic Improvement & Upgradation of CGH at S.M.Plot, Phase-I, Sector-VII, Antop Hill, Mumbai-37. This open tender, with an estimated cost of ₹92,86,893 (Ninety Two Lakh Eighty Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Three Rupees), involves partial structure repair, staircase repair, external painting of buildings (Nos. 54, 55, and 58), drain repair, road repair below the Tata Power line, and construction of a CC drain.
