The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites bids for the operation and comprehensive maintenance of two 90 TR Central AC plants at the Income Tax Office Building Aayakar Bhawan, Panvel, Dist Raigad. The work includes the operation and maintenance of substation equipment, DG set W/S pump sets, wet riser, AFAS, lifts, CCTV system, BMS, UPS, and solar systems. The tender is open to all eligible electrical contractors with valid CPWD enlistment and electrical contractor licenses.
