Work Description - Providing Watch & Ward Arrangement By Deploying Security Guards For Govt. Land At Juhu, Vileparle (w) And Malad (w), Mumbai During 2025-26.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for providing watch and ward arrangement services by deploying security guards for government land located at Juhu, Vileparle (W), and Malad (W) in Mumbai for the duration of 2025-26. This project, under NIT/RFP NO 05/EE/MUMBAI-II/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹24,60,038. Bidders must submit their offers online between April 25, 2025, and May 2, 2025, before 3:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for May 2, 2025, at 3:30 PM. A bid security (EMD) of ₹49,201 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer, MCD-V, CPWD, Mumbai, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. Interested parties must possess a valid license issued by the competent authority of the Government of Maharashtra to operate a private security agency within the state, as well as other mandatory documents including GST registration, PAN, work completion certificates, ERP training certificates, and evidence of encroachment prevention measures.
