The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of "MOEI Fans RMO Pump Sets and allied services in Regional Agmark Laboratory Building at Mahim, Mumbai. SH: Providing staff for routine maintenance of EI fans, compound lights, operation of drinking water pump sets, etc." The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 3,70,150 with a time allowance of 12 months. Key mandatory documents include treasury challan/demand draft against EMD, a valid CPWD contractor enlistment order, a valid electrical contractor license, GST registration certificate (or undertaking as per Annexure I if not applicable), agency letterhead, ESIC and EPFO registration with latest return, details of a Graduate Engineer for billing via RFI Module under ERP, ERP training certificate and any other relevant documents specified in the NIT.
