School Building located in Village- Jargaon Urdu, Tal Pachora, Dist. Jalgaon. The project, identified as Work Description "2202 J 804" and detailed in Tender Reference Number ZPJL/Works/e.TenderNotice No.46/2024-25, is a civil works project with a tender value of ₹12,04,587. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹13,000 is required. Tender documents can be downloaded starting March 28, 2025, at 03:00 PM and must be submitted by April 11, 2025, at 06:00 PM. The tender will be opened on April 15, 2025, at 04:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Works Division, ZP Jalgaon. The tender requires submission in two covers, including valid contractor Z.P. registration, Annexure-2 (for unemployed engineers), declarations, affidavits, GST and professional tax certificates, work completion certificates, PAN card copy, SDE certificates, STBT bond on ₹500 stamp paper, technical manpower details, machinery list, labor insurance copy, a no-blacklist affidavit, the BOQ and BOQ Part B with the additional D.D. for S.D. Tender fee is ₹1,800 (₹1,300 tender fee and ₹500 processing fee). The validity period of bid will be 120 days.
