The Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the operation of a newly constructed multi-purpose hall located in Lokmanya Savarkar Ward Samiti Area No 13B, adjacent to Koram Mall, Thane. This building, owned by the TMC, covers a total area of 222 square meters. The successful EOI will be awarded a 10-year contract to operate the hall. The tender is open to all eligible bidders and will be conducted as an open tender. The deadline for submission of EOI is 24th September 2024, 04:00 PM. The EOI will be opened on 27th September 2024, 04:30 PM at the Estate TMC Thane. A tender fee of ₹6400 is payable and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹25,000 is required.
