The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE Shillong, invites open tenders for special repairs to OR MD accommodation quarters and allied services at Shillong Cantt and New Anjalee Complex under GE Shillong. Specifically, the work includes repairs to quarters numbered LSF-5/1, LSF-6/2, and LSF-6/4 of 17 JAT at Shillong Cantt, as well as building T-42 at New Anjalee Complex. This is an Item Rate contract, and the estimated tender value is ₹46,59,000 with a period of work of 180 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹93,180, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD exemption.
