The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE Shillong, invites open tenders for the special repair work to wooden kitchen cabinets/CBS of officers' MD accommodation at Anjalee/Pine Walk Complex etc. and special repair to misc B/R services in certain MD accommodation of Sig Coy under GE Shillong. This is an item rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹45,14,000.00. A percentage based EMD of ₹90,280.00 is required, payable to GE Shillong at Shillong, with exemption allowed through BG/ST or EMD exemption certificate. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE Shillong at Shillong. The crucial dates include the document download start and end dates from April 11, 2025, to May 02, 2025, with bid submission commencing on April 25, 2025, and ending on May 02, 2025. The bid opening date is scheduled for May 03, 2025. The work is to be completed within a period of 180 days, and the bid validity is 60 days.
