The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), EESM(C)-2, invites bids for the construction of an EMRS school building (G+2), boys' and girls' hostels (240 seaters each, G+2), warden residences, a kitchen and dining block, 16 Type-III quarters (G+3), a guesthouse, 10 Type-II quarters (G+2), a principal's quarter, and miscellaneous structures including water supply, sanitation, internal electrification, substations, a DG set, and site development at Tikabali, Kandhamal District, Odisha. The estimated cost is ₹41,47,87,603, with a bid validity period of 45 days. The tender (16/NIT/CE cum ED/EE SM-II/BPD/), an open tender with a percentage bid type and 18-month completion time, requires a ₹51,47,876 earnest money deposit (EMD) payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer cum SM (C)-II, Berhampur Project Division, CPWD, Berhampur.
