The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting bids for the construction of a 3-storey building for the Central Genomics Laboratory and Quality Laboratory at the National Rice Research Institute (NRRI) in Cuttack, Odisha. The project scope includes internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, provision of fans, a 200 KVA DG set, a 13-passenger lift, and a VRF system. The project also includes the development and courtyard landscaping at the back of the Genomics Building. The estimated cost of the project is INR 11,28,844. The tender is open to all eligible contractors and will be awarded on a percentage basis. The bidding process is open from September 28, 2024, and closes on October 7, 2024, at 3:00 PM.
