The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer in Rourkela, Odisha, invites tenders (Tender ID: 99179, NIT/RFP NO: 08/NIT/SE-Rourkela/CPWD/2024-25) for the construction of a significant educational complex at Nuagaon (Hatibari), Sundargarh district, Odisha. This ₹39,97,72,596 (Thirty-Nine Crore Ninety-Seven Lakh Seventy-Two Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety-Six Rupees) project encompasses the construction of an EMRS school building (G+2), boys' and girls' hostels (G+2 each), two warden residences, a kitchen and dining block, principal's quarters, twelve Type-III quarters (G+2), four Type-III quarters (G+1), and ten Type-II quarters (G+2).
