Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) invites tenders for a turnkey project: Construction of a 17.5MTY Coal Handling Plant (CHP) at Kulda OCP, Basundhara Area, Odisha. This encompasses design, supply, erection, commissioning, trial testing, and operation & maintenance during the defect liability period.
