The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services invites open tenders for comprehensive repair works at Balasore and Nilgiri. This project, referenced as Tender Number 8137/A/E8, encompasses repairs to roof treatments, sunken floors, AC sheets, flooring, tiling, and related allied works. Additionally, the scope includes repairs to DBS, MCBS, sub-main and point wiring, summer appliances, and earthing. The estimated period of work is 180 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 and a tender fee of ₹500 are required, payable offline via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft favoring GE I R AND D Chandipur, payable at Chandipur. The Garrison Engineer, GE I R and D Chandipur (PIN 756025), is the Tender Inviting Authority. Prospective bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including the application, DD/Banker's cheque, enlistment letter, EPF/ESI and GST registration letters, additional documents specified in the NIT, and the residual value of workload.
