Work Description - Development

The Executive Officer, Brajrajnagar Municipality, invites open tenders for the “Development of Bhoi Pada Field in W.No.7,” tender reference number BRJNRM-05/2024-25. This civil works project, valued at ₹19,80,000, requires a 90-day completion period. Interested bidders must submit their bids online by 5:00 PM on January 20, 2025. The tender documents, including the detailed tender calling notice (DTCN) and bill of quantities (BOQ), are available for download from 6:00 PM on January 3, 2025, to 5:00 PM on January 20, 2025. A tender fee of ₹6,000 is payable. While an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹19,800 is required, exemption through Bank Guarantee/Standby Letter of Credit is allowed. Bid opening is scheduled for 11:00 AM on January 21, 2025, at the Brajrajnagar Municipality.
