The Consulate General of India, Jeddah, on behalf of the Ministry of External Affairs, invites sealed quotations (Tender Reference Number: No. Jed/Haj/118/06-3/2025) from registered Pilgrim Transport Companies for the short-term lease of twelve coaster buses, model year 2023 or newer, each with two Indian drivers, inclusive of fuel provision, for the Haj 2025 operation. The contract period is 90 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹9,93,600 is required, with exemption allowed. Quotations must be submitted in two covers (Technical and Financial) by 5:00 PM on December 31st, 2024. The bid opening will take place at 3:00 PM on January 7th, 2025, at the Consulate General of India, Jeddah.
