Work Description - (1) Construction Of 2280.30 Km Lateral & Axial Roads In The State Of Punjab And Rajasthan Along The Indo-pakistan Border (epc Mode). The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Border Fencing Division-V (BFD-5) Firozpur, invites tenders for the construction of 2280.30 km of lateral and axial roads in Punjab and Rajasthan along the Indo-Pakistan border, and the replacement of damaged border fencing (EPC mode). This significant project, with an estimated cost of ₹3,29,73,60,081, comprises two sub-packages: Package-IV involves constructing a 141.46 km lateral road in the Abohar sector, including a 5-year defect liability and maintenance period, and replacing 39.96 km of damaged fencing in the same sector. Bids, under tender IDs 105071 and numbers 06/CE/BFLZ/2024-25 and 09/EE/BFD-V/CPWD/FZR/2024-25, are due by 28th March 2025, 3:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 12th, 2025, at the office of the Chief Engineer, BFLZ, CPWD, New Delhi.
