Work Description - (1) Construction Of 2280.30 Km Lateral & Axial Roads In The State Of Punjab And Rajasthan Along The Indo-pakistan Border (epc Mode). (sh: Construction Of Lateral Road (length: 141.460 Km) Along Indo-pak Border In Abohar Sector Under Punjab Frontier Including 05 Year Defect Liability Period And 05 Year Maintenance Period : Package-iv). (2) Replacement Of Old Design Damaged Fence With Single Row New Design Fence At The Locations, Where Raising Of Fence Is Required Along The Lateral Roads In Various Sectors Under Punjab Frontier Along Indo-pak Border (length - 207.1 Km) (epc Mode). The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction and replacement of infrastructure along the Indo-Pakistan border in the Abohar Sector under Punjab Frontier, Package-IV. This comprehensive project, NIT/RFP NO 06/CE/BFLZ/2024-25 and 09/EE/BFD-V/CPWD/FZR/2024-25, with an estimated cost of ₹3,29,73,60,081, encompasses two primary work scopes: (1) Construction of a 141.460 km lateral road, incorporating a 5-year defect liability period and a 5-year maintenance period and (2) Replacement of 39.96 km of damaged fencing with a new single-row design. The project execution will follow the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Mode, with a stipulated completion period of 30 months. Interested bidders must submit their bids by 3:00 PM on April 3, 2025, and the bid opening is scheduled for 3:30 PM on the same day. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,39,73,601, payable to the Executive Engineer, BFD-V, CPWD, Ferozpur, is required in the form of DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG. The tender documents, available for download from March 4, 2025, to April 3, 2025, must include a comprehensive set of documents including EMD receipt copy, Work experience certificates, Financial turnover certificate from Chartered Accountant, Banker's Certificate or Net Worth Certificate, Affidavit as per CPWD provisions, GST registration certificate, Bidding capacity details, Undertaking on structural stability, Enlistment order of the contractor in CPWD (if any), Letter of transmittal, Certificate regarding structure and organization, Certificate of registration with EPFO and ESIC (if available), PAN copy, Undertaking for site inspection, Affidavit for eligible similar works, and any other document specified in the NIT.
