Work Description - Construction Of H/l Bridge 15.56 M Long Over Khui Khera Drain X-ing Fazilka To Malout Road (mdr-40) At Rd 37200 Including Its Approaches, Road Di And Protection Work In District Fazilka (under Head 5054 Rb-10)

CE-PWD(B and R), a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction of a High-Level Bridge, 15.56 meters in length, over the Khui Khera drain, crossing the Fazilka to Malout road (MDR-40) at RD 37200. This project includes the construction of bridge approaches, road diversion, and necessary protection work within District Fazilka, under Head 5054 RB-10. The estimated tender value is ₹1,21,03,169. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting March 24, 2025, at 04:30 PM, and submit their bids no later than April 15, 2025, at 01:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for April 15, 2025, at 03:00 PM at the office of the EE Constn Div PWD B and R Fazilka. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,42,000 is required, alongside a non-refundable tender fee of ₹15,900 (Tender fee ₹10,000 and processing fee ₹5,900). The contract will be awarded on a lump-sum basis, with a work completion period of 120 days and a bid validity of 120 days. Tenderers must hold valid enlistment with Pb. PWD (B and R) Br. under appropriate class and category of work, and provide all necessary documents as per the approved DNIT, including financial and technical details, as specified in the two-cover bidding process.
