Work Description - Consultancy Service For Preparation Of Detailed Project Report (dpr) For Proposed Elevated Road From Transport Nagar To Balaji Tri Junction, Jagatpura And From Jhotwara Rob To Khatipura Rob And Flyover At Ots Junction, Jln Marg, Jda, Jaipur

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) invites open tenders for consultancy services to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the proposed elevated road project spanning from Transport Nagar to Balaji Tri junction, Jagatpura, and from Jhotwara ROB to Khatipura ROB, including a flyover at OTS junction, JLN Marg, Jaipur. The estimated tender value is ₹6,67,00,000, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹13,34,000 (2% of tender value), payable to the Secretary, JDA Jaipur (Online Portal). The tender fee is ₹7,500, inclusive of processing fee, and is non-refundable. Interested bidders can download the tender documents starting from April 4th, 2025, at 10:00 AM and must submit their bids by April 28th, 2025, until 6:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 15th, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Manthan Hall, Main Building, 2nd Floor, JDA, Jaipur. The bid opening date is May 5th, 2025, at 11:00 AM at JDA Jaipur. The contract type is item rate, and the period of work is 90 days, with a bid validity of 120 days. Bidders must submit online receipts, registration documents, GST, PAN, and Annexure B in Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical), followed by technical and other required documents, and BOQ (Finance) in Cover 2.
