The ACE, PHED, Region Kota invites open tenders (ACE NIT No. 18/2024-25) for the design and construction of a drinking water supply scheme for Bhawannimandi and Sunel towns, and 14 villages in Piplad, Jhalawar district. This ₹17,59,20,000 project, sourced from Rajgarh dam, includes a 10-year operation and maintenance period following a one-year defect liability period. A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 23rd, 2024 at 3:00 PM at the ACE, PHED, Region Kota office. The earnest money deposit (EMD) is ₹35,18,400 (2% of the tender value), payable to ACE, PHED, Region Kota, and a tender fee of ₹12,500 is payable to EE, PHED, Div. Bhawanimandi. The tender process allows EMD through Bank Guarantee/Security or EMD exemption. Bid validity is 90 days. Interested parties should submit two covers: one for pre-qualification and fee, and another for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
