Tender Description
Work Description - Construction Of Prefabricated/semi Permanent Structure Including Installation Of Roof Top Solar Plant (rts) Work, Internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installations, Horticulture & Land Scaping Work Including Electrical Installations For Sib Border Intelligence At Yumthang, North Sikkim.
The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of a Prefabricated/Semi Permanent Structure, including the installation of a roof top solar plant (RTS), internal water supply, sanitary installations, horticulture & landscaping, and electrical installations for the SIB Border Intelligence at Yumthang, North Sikkim. This composite work is estimated to cost ₹ 8,05,62,600 and requires completion within 20 months. Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 16,11,252 in the form of DD, FDR, BC or BG, in favor of the Executive Engineer, Gangtok Central Division, CPWD, Gangtok. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission end date of March 19, 2025, at 03:00 PM and a bid opening date of March 19, 2025, at 04:00 PM.
