The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), EE(C), BRPD-II, Chungthang, invites tenders (Tender ID: 103535, NIT/RFP NO: 01/SE/BRPC/EE/BRPD-II/2024-25) for the construction of the ITBP Road from Thangu to Mungthang in Sikkim. The project includes completing the balance work (approximately 20 km) of the Thangu to Lugnak-La portion, previously undertaken by M/s Jugalkishor Ramkishan Agarwal Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (Agreement No. 06/EE/BRPD-I/2018-19). The estimated cost is ₹6,56,98,896, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹13,13,978 (payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer Chungthang Central Division CPWD Chungthang). Mandatory documents include an EMD receipt, contractor enlistment order, GST registration, site inspection declaration (Form K), structural stability undertaking (Form F), and a certificate proving attendance at the CPWD's Train the Trainers Programme.
