National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for consultancy services related to the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) and pre-construction activities for upgrading the existing carriageway to a 2-lane configuration with Paved Shoulders (PS) from Pakyong to Barapathing via Gangchung, Tokchi, and Machong in the State of Sikkim. This is the second call for this project, identified by Tender Reference Number NHIDCL/Sikkim/DPR/Pakyong/25 and Tender ID 2025_NHIDC_855063_1. The estimated period of work is 180 days.
