Work Description - Annual Maintenance Contract (amc) Of Ro Water Purifiers Of Karp And Karp-ii For The Period Of 12 Months

The Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) is inviting bids for an open tender for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of RO water purifiers at the KARP and KARP-II facilities in Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu. The contract period is 12 months and the estimated tender value is INR 10,52,000. The tender documents are available for download from 13th September 2024, 10:00 AM to 9th October 2024, 10:00 AM. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically by 9th October 2024, 10:00 AM. The bid opening will be held on 17th October 2024, 03:30 PM at Kalpakkam. The tender requires a 2% EMD (INR 21,040) payable to the Pay & Accounts Officer, BARCF, Kalpakkam. Bidders must submit two covers, one containing the EMD and the other containing the item rate sheet. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest bid.
