Work Description - Construction Of Horizontal Expansion Of Ecc Breeding Building At Icar-sbi, Coimbatore.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of the Horizontal Expansion of the ECC Breeding building at ICAR-SBI, Coimbatore. This composite tender, with NIT/RFP NO 02/EE/CCD/2025-26/R1, is estimated at ₹45,73,430 with a time allowance of 240 days. Interested bidders must download the tender document between April 11, 2025, and April 21, 2025, until 3:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically starting April 11, 2025, and closing on April 21, 2025, at 3:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for April 21, 2025, at 3:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹91,469 is required in the form of DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer, CCD, Coimbatore. Bidders must furnish mandatory documents, including Insurance Security Bond, Account Payee Demand draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee (as prescribed) issued by commercial Bank drawn in favor of Executive Engineer, Coimbatore Central Division, CPWD, Coimbatore against EMD having validity for 240 days or more, Copy of receipt for deposition of Original EMD issued from the division office of any Executive Engineer, Central PWD, including NIT issuing along with Office Stamp-In the proforma prescribed in Annexure-1, Enlistment Order of the Contractor in appropriate Category and valid on the date of opening of tender, Certificate of Registration for GST, GST filed return acknowledgement of MARCH 2025 or thereafter, Certificate issued through LMS (Learning Management System) in ERP after completing compulsory ERP training, Undertaking for site inspection, Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing and on-Suspension of Business, Letter of Transmittal, Undertaking on structural stability and soundness of already completed buildings and infrastructure projects, and any other documents specified in the NIT.
