The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer (E)-CHENNAI-I, invites tenders for the annual repair, running, and maintenance of electrical installations, water supply pump sets, street lights, AC units, DG sets, and lifts at the Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC), Chennai. This open tender (NIT/RFP NO: 137/EE(E)-CHENNAI-I/2024-25/CPWD/CHN, Tender ID: 105273) encompasses two sub-works: Residential building maintenance (SH 1) and Non-Residential building maintenance (SH 2).
