The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites bids for the provision of integral waterproofing treatment and lift provisions to the old DTP building in the Pasteur Institute of India at Coonoor. This comprehensive project includes the replacement of damaged steel windows with UPVC windows, the replacement of rainwater pipes, structural steel works, the replacement of galvalume sheet roofing, external painting, and miscellaneous civil works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹92,22,266 (Ninety Two Lakh Twenty Two Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Six Rupees), and the work is expected to be completed within 270 days. The tender process is open and advertised, with a bid submission closing date of 21 September 2024 at 3:00 PM.
