The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for electrical and maintenance works at JIPMER Karaikal, as per NIT/RFP NO 01/EE&SM(E&M)/KPED/2025-26. The project encompasses operation and annual maintenance of IEI lifts, street lights, water treatment plant, borewell water supply pump sets, DG sets, distribution transformers, fire alarm and firefighting systems, central air conditioning plant and Hydro Pneumatic pump in Academic campus and Residential Quarters. Sub-work includes painting of rusted electrical installations, installation of existing split AC units, and providing an automatic transfer switch for the residential campus. The estimated cost of the project is ₹10,00,028 (Ten Lakh and Twenty Eight Rupees), with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,001 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of EE&SM(C)-II. Key dates include a document download and bid submission deadline of April 16, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of April 16, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents for submission include treasury challan/demand draft/pay order/bankers cheque/deposit at call receipt/fixed deposit receipt/bank guarantee against EMD, a copy of original EMD deposition receipt, GST registration certificate (if applicable), CPWD enlistment order under composite category, a notarized affidavit of non-black listing, and a copy of the PAN card.
