Work Description - Selection Of System Integrator For The&amp#x0d Modernization Of Vigilance Administration And&amp#x0d Citizen Centric Automation, Design And&amp#x0d Development Of Dvac Website And Mobile&amp#x0d Application

The Department of Information Technology, a State Government and UT organization, through the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA), invites open tenders for the Selection of a System Integrator to modernize the Vigilance Administration and Citizen Centric Automation, as well as the design and development of the DVAC Website and Mobile Application. This project, referenced as TNeGA/OT/DVAC/2024-2025, seeks a qualified service provider under a QCBS (Quality and Cost-Based Selection) form of contract. Interested parties must download the tender documents between February 28, 2025, and March 24, 2025, 4:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be conducted online through VC on March 7, 2025, at 11:30 AM, with the link provided in the RFP. Bids must be submitted electronically between March 19, 2025, 3:00 PM and March 24, 2025, 4:00 PM, and will be opened on March 24, 2025, at 4:30 PM in Chennai. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable online. The selected System Integrator will have a period of 545 days to complete the work.
