Higher Education, representing the State Government and UT, through its authority, The Registrar of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, invites open tenders (Tender ID: 2025_HE_534992_1, Tender Reference Number: C7/CRTD/Biochem/145/ICMR/2025) for the supply of Chemicals. The tender process involves a two-cover system. Cover 1 will include the Manufacturer/Authorized Dealer Certificate/ Sole Proprietary Certificate, EMD/MSME Certificate, Copy of PAN and Tamil Nadu GST, Audited Annual Financial Statements and Annual Report Certified Statement from the current auditor, information of number of years standing in the business (Minimum 3 years), average turnover in the last three years and specifications including purity with the seal and signature. The second cover will contain the BOQ. The EMD amount is ₹1,700, payable online. The tender document can be downloaded starting March 24, 2025, at 06:00 PM, with the deadline for download and submission being April 8, 2025, at 03:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for April 9, 2025, at 04:00 PM at Bharathiar University. Bids must remain valid for 180 days. No tender fee is required.
