The Tamil Nadu Wilderness Experiences Corporation (TNWEC), a State Government entity, invites open tenders (Tender ID: 2024_TNWEC_504357_1, Reference No: 01/Tender/TNWEC/2024-25) for the selection of a concessionaire to design, develop, finance, operate, manage, and maintain ecotourism facilities at Sethumadai in Coimbatore District under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) – Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) – Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer (DBFOT) model. Bid submission opens on 6th January 2025, 10:00 AM and closes on 12th February 2025, 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 13th February 2025, 03:00 PM in Chennai. A fixed EMD of ₹1,000,000 is required, payable to the Officer on Special Duty, TNWEC, Chennai. The tender fee is ₹0. Interested parties should submit two covers: one comprising the technical bid and the other the financial bid, including a Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
