The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Hyderabad-III, invites tenders (NIT/RFP NO: 139/2024-25/HYD-III/HYD (CE No.31/CE-HYD/2024-25)) for the construction of additional infrastructure on a 10-acre plot at the IDBI Centre for Excellence on Banking & Finance (ICBF) campus in Gachibolwi, Hyderabad. This ₹13,95,41,890 (Thirteen Crore Ninety Five Lakh Forty One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Rupees) project involves the construction of a G+1 amenities block, encompassing internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, bulk services, and electromechanical works (including air conditioning, a lift, fire fighting systems, LAN networking, an IP-based EPBAX system, CCTV cameras, LED TVs, and a solar power plant).
